Generate MLT Westley XML based on our timeline data

We need to have a method which recurses through our timeline data (tracks, clips), and creates a MLT Westly XML file to be used by MLT to generate the video output.

Just recently added compositing to to the Westley.XML file. Basically, it just mixes all the tracks together. The higher up the track, the higher it's priority.
