Melt Command Export

In the export dialog, have a way to save the export configuration as a melt command. I use OpenShot for 2 purposes 1) to generate a mlt file (xml) and 2) to process the mlt file into my preferred format (e.g. for export to YouTube). I would like to access a melt command that could do the export on the command line. This has some commonalities with https://blueprints.launchpad.net/openshot/+spec/save-export-configuration
