Duplicate Clips & Transitions

There needs to be an easy way to duplicate a clip or transition on the timeline (i.e. copy / paste). The user should be able to right click on an item, and choose "Duplicate". This would create an identical item on the timeline (maybe offset by a few seconds... to prevent it from overlapping).
Important: It needs to duplicate every aspect of the item: IN, OUT, and all the other critical settings.
