Audio Track Linking

Ability to make a background track quieter when there is audio on a foreground track (i.e. dubbing voices). The user would need to the ability to adjust the volume level on the background track. This feature would be super useful for trying to mix audio clips over a soundtrack, so you don't have to manually key-frame the audio levels on the soundtrack every time there is a audio clip.
