Saving and loading games

Saving and loading games will be done by the server. This is to keep people from spying on each other in multiplayer games by looking at the save game data (as clients will only have the data they should only be able to see while in game). This will require trust that the server dude wont peek. Games could be a giant yaml dump, or pickled something or other. Special attention will probably be needed to reconnect the player to their avatar/colonies they control.
