Automatically remove trailing blanks

in GTK Client it is possible to enter strings with trailing blanks
as these are not visible the user has no chance to see "why" there are 2 identical records.

mostly trailing blanks should be removed especially to avoid (or show) unique key violations

BTW same is true for leading blanks - but these are more "visible"
