Add tablespace management for PostgreSQL

Add tablespace management for PostgreSQL (available in 8.0 and later, and keep compatibility for 7.4)
- Add default tablespace variable to store all object (table, view, sequence)
- Add Indexes tablespace
if indexes tablespace was not defined, we use default one.
if default and indexes tablespaces was not define, the compatibility with 7.4 was kept
