ability to choose openerp server from etiny login window

This is a proposal to open the choice of the server to connect to on the login window of eTiny.

rational :
Every time one set up a openerp server, he must start an equivalent etiny server and make both communicate. The reason is that eTiny is hard-wired to a server.
If one could choose the server to log-in, a simple eTiny server would be enough enterprise wide.

darft :
The window should be complemented with three fields which are : server name or address, port and protocol, ie xml-rpc, xml-rpc(secure) and net-rpc (faster), corresponding alternative gtk login parameters.
Depending on the default values of the configuration file, these elements might be pre-filled.
And, in a similar way to database management, this capability might be hidden by configuration at start time.
