The scheduler should be more independant of the server

When using a scheduler, it's very easy to have a situation in which the scheduler falls in an infinite loop. It's not a problem as long as the Open-ERP server is up and running. But if you stop your Open-ERP server, it won't restart because at this very moment, the scheduler must finish before you can connect to the server.
