Server reload module translations on development

When we develop an OpenERP module in English base, we should translate all terms.
When all terms are translated, if we modify module code, we should restart the server and reload the module. But, when we reload module, all translation terms are also reloaded. This reloading does loss much time on development.
Is it possible to add an options value on command line or a checkbox on update module wizard to do not reloaded translation.
