Multi price accuracy for each database on single server

On the current version, there is only one price accuracy for each price, and global each database on a single server

The next version, must:
- embedded price accuracy for each database (not on the server)
- a new price accuracy, to choose with accuracy in:
-- purchase (eg price unit of product 0,00514 €)
-- sale (eg: Sale price to a customer 5,99€)
-- logistic (eg: if i want to give value to a cost price with 3 digits, purchase price with the same accuracy as purchase, and sale accuracy as sale)
-- Accounting (eg, at Tahiti the price have 0 accuracy, only the whole number because 1 € = 119,331742 XPF)
-- HR (eg on the expense form, the unit price in france have 3 digits

The price accuracy must be different on the multi company.
