Integrate generic Library for scheduling

I propose to integrate a generic library to be used for scheduling any kind of objects, integrating computation on their resources. It will be used to schedule tasks and manufacturing orders.

So, the ressources or tasks may inherit for a common object that, using data of the object, describe
the data used for scheduling process.

We should keep current behaviour:
* Tasks: manual or retro-planning (starting from the deadline)
* MRP: compute using security and products delays

But the scheduler can be used after this computation to improve the computed data and have fine planification.
