Display Context and Help for form

Currently a short string is copied into the tab giving an idea what's the content of the form

nevertheless the users does not see the conext

Suggestion:
create a RMB menu item (or help text pop-up) for the window tab with the following content
* show description of the module (translatable) - defined in "....._view.xml"
* show context
** for programmers (python code)
** for users (using usual strings)
* company/user annotation - link to wiki pages)

We have discussed this matter with Fabien already - which resulted in improved window labels, but for enhanced usability this is not enough.

Example
Stock -> Location > select one location for a product which can be stored in different locations > Open this location > click products > double click the product > this opens a form which identical to products - except the values are only the ones of this stock location.
