Database backup should inlcude filestore

currently the database backup does not include files stored in filestore/<dbname>
some ideas.....
* filestore should be (optionally) included in db backup
* DB-backup should mention that attachments and other documents stored in filestore are not included (as not stored in the postgres db).
* during installation filestore directory should be linked to a directory of the filesystem which is backed up regularly. IMHO the OpenERP server-directory is static and might not be subject to frequent/daily backups.
