Extend OpenERP Document Management System & Expose VFS API

document-vfs:
    Centralize OpenERP DMS VFS (Virtual File System)
    + implement protocol registration (to keep track with protocol with management on which ip/port ...etc)
    (Part of this is lies actually currenctly in `document' module)
    (This should also allow us to use filestore for DMS without serving file in FTP, so we could by default store DMS ressource on filesystem and not even more in the DB (default behavious without `document' module)

document-vfs-apisocket:
    Expose VFS to external servers / tools

document:
   DMS via Internal FTP (keep the way the document is actually working, i.e. be backward compatible)

document-webdav:
    DMS via WebDAV

document-sftp:
   DMS via SFTP (SSH FTP)

document-cifs (document-samba?):
    DMS via CIFS (Create a Samba VFS module to connect with OpenERP)
