Automatic discover OpenERP Server

On OpenERP Server, implement Zerocond (Branded Bonjour, Rendez Vous) protocol.
Use Avahi ( http://avahi.org/ ) and python avahi wrapper to do this.

In OpenERP Client, there are 2 methods to do this:
1) implement a native service discover with python avahi
2) Use DBUS (another blueprint propose for GSoC) to dialogue with avahi deamon.

This would allow system administrators to deploy the gtk clients without having to configure them.

It should be cross-plateform if at all feasible. Python seems to have some zeroconf support, so DBus may not such a good idea.

Some people don't like multicast/broadcast on their network, so ideally it should be possible to turn it off.
