Improve usability of attachments

for name and name of the referenced object - we just have to use
fields.reference ... like in crm, projects etc...
** preview shows full size instead of thumbnail - most pics taken with a
modern camera are over sized and need scrolling to see what it is.
*** also a performance issue transferring >1MB pics as preview over slower
lines. (think of SAAS)
** preview shows image matching the selected file only AFTER saving
especially confusing when replacing an attachment.
* copy file name (without extension) into "Attachment Name"
* "intelligent" handling of uploaded files
** suggest compression if technically possible (images, documents)
*** ask user if full size is needed.
* back grounding (threading - with possibility to interrupt) of time consuming up- and downloads
** currently the file gets uploaded (15 sec)- processed (18sec) - download (8 sec) - displayed - without any user feedback (!)
for a 1.7 MB from remote high speed internet connection over compressed openvpn
** the user has no idea about the file size during select (file picker should show date+size)
