Collect and display module installation and usage

OpenERP has many modules that do similar things. Because modules are downloaded together it is impossible to know which ones are being used, however it is a simple db_query to know what is installed. By collecting module usage we would be able to-
1. As users know which modules are being used the most in production. (e.g. reporting engine)
2. As developers know which modules are worth developing or even merging projects.
3. As editors, know which modules are candidates for moving from extra to addons.
This is common on many open and closed source projects - steam, joomla, sourceforge, firefox addons etc.
