A place, web, somewhere for openERP consultants

As CRM and ERP expert consultant, I can see that all your work is made about increasing OpenERP and OpenObject functionality and helping developpers but I think we also need a place for consultants.
We need to know the entire functionality of OpenERP included on Trunk, even functionality accesible on extra-addons.
When I begin a project, my customer doesn't want to learn how to use the ERP, but he wants me to propose how to solve his operational problems. For that, I always recommend not to begin making developments but using the existent modules, customized to customers's needs. I can't do it if I don't know ALL the modules, ALL contributions, ALL extra addons. I miss Consultancy methodology. Not development methodology but a Customers requirements taken, project management, project cost management... and functionality experts meeting point. Sometimes we know nothing about programming but we know implementing a project for a customer without developing any module :)
