Show connected database name in client window title

Show the database name on which the user are connected in the clientwindow title

Use Case:
  - When user is connected on a lot of database (means it has launch multiple time the gtk client) it's very difficult to know which instance of client is connected to which database.
    Adding database name in the windows title make that a lot easier, because is will be visible on the taskbar, and on task-swiching windows / applet.
