Display module and reference name

it would be very helpful - for debugging and programming to know which module, class and view (id) is used for the current form.
the webclient already displays most of it, but not the module name which is the "last" (currently) used - IMHO it must be an information on field level - which module is responsible for the content.

Due to the inherited functions it takes a bit of investigation and time to find this information
and it would be helpful for "official" bug reports too to announce the used "configuration".
NO end user will be ale to describe the situation.
