many2one search missing next previous records button BIG USABILITY ISSUE

searching many2one fields without criteria seems to return the same 80 rows as the "normal" list view WITHOUT having NEXT/PREVIOUS fields.
User do not understand that they see not all records and create a new one even if the record exists.
Example:
search for Partners in Case

Sugestion:
Add Next/previous buttons next to new button ASAP !!!!
