one2many, many2many windows should have print, action and attachment buttons

For opened form windows from one2many or many2many lists, there are no right action panes, and in addition no ways to print or reach attachments.
I suggest three iconed buttons, like in the client header pane, on the left side of the button pane (containing Cancel, Save&Close, Save&New now), for Print, Actions and Attachments.
