openerp-web "--config" missing

openerp-web needs an option which config file to use
IMHO
/usr/lib/
needs
* root privileges to change
* only one server config can run
currently it's a fixed address
/usr/lib/
where it shouldn't be.

The --config options been added in the current development version (5.0). Try `openerp-web --help`. Actually, with the old versions you can select different config file by simply passing the filename as first argument...
