Change look and feel to many2one widget

With 4.2 (GTK Client) we have a lot of problem with customer and many2one widget, because customer click often on the first button (which is New) and made double entry.
With 5.0 (GTK Client) the button "New" appear in search form and force the customer to search the value before create a new one.
With koo the first button is Delete, and i think it's a risk, there is a MessageBox who ask to confirm, but often the customer doesn't read the message and click OK
I thinks a goog IHM for Many2One was available in 5.0 GTK Client
I have made a patch to put the search/open button a the first place to limit the risk to delete the many2one record by accident. but reproduce the look and feel from 5.0 GTK Client must be great.
