Improve KooPOS usability with touchscreen hardware

This blueprint reference all my idea to improve usability for koopos
1) use -u or login.url in config file to connect KooPos.
2) Intercept failed connection and exit preperly with explicit message.
3) New server module to compose wizard with shortcut button (main menu), if not present, use the menu_id field in res.users
4) Add possibility to move in wizard or form to the main menu (with confirmation messagebox)
5) From Main Menu add the possibility to shutdown the POS.
6) Interract with Barcode Reader, MSR Reader, etc.. (maybe dbus ?)
7) Possibility to disable keyboard
8) Other/Comment ?

I create bug with small patch for each point an link to this blueprint.
