Holidays per employee per year

In most countries, employees have a specific number of paid leaves per year (i.e. 20 paid leaves in Belgium). It would be nice to be able to manage that in OpenERP. So, an holiday type (i.e. Paid leave) should have an additional field to select the year for which each employee will have a certain amount of available days.
Eventually to be linked with payroll module to manage when those holidays can be taken, etc...

Its the same in Vietnam, but it is 12 days a year. In practise the employee earns the right to 1 day annual leave for each month they are employee.
So in that way it would be very useful with a function keeping track of how many days they still have available based on employment time and days used.
