Show Thumbnail Like MediaWiki

We are using the wiki on openERP to hava all internal documentation in the client, and they desire can have thumbnails like mediawiki, in the URL is the especification, loadan image (from external URL for the moment) and show only a thumbnail, I.E if they want to show the employee structure in a image made in Photoshop or Gimp....

Insert an image Now is: img:http://images.google.co.in/intl/en_ALL/images/images_hp.gif
Would be this way: img:http://images.google.co.in/intl/en_ALL/images/images_hp.gif|thumbnail|XXpx

Thanks, if some body tell me where we must begins to investigate in the source code to meke that, i would dedicate some time to do it.... Thanks
