Cumbersome user creation

Currently it is necessary to create a user in
* User (for login)
* Employee (for timesheet)
* Partner Contact (of the Main Company) - for (internal) CRM / bug reporting requests etc.(the request system is often not sufficient to handle more complex situations)
to have a fully functional ERP System

IMHO Employee and Partner Contact should be generated automatically (default on request)
