Enable to display a multilevel hierarchy project

Make it possible to display a multilevel tree of projects/subprojects and tasks/subtasks, enabling to collapse/expand any level (beyond the current parent-child only).
This allows for a fast access to any subproject or task and also for a global perception of the project (as usual in many project management software).
