Improve views on MRP order to use the concept of "Cost"

Several fields and functionalty of MRP ar related to Production Order.
For this reason a lot of models are used and reused but the views in some cases are inconsitents with the function to be done in one or another state of workflow.
for this reason, we will deploy _only_ a module that take off some fields and/or buttons and rewritte some forms to be able to use in a secure way MRP with the minimal posibility of present inconsitencies in the load of data.
