Advanced cost Management for MRP.

With this list of modules we want to improve the actual useabity features on openERP to manage correctly cost in manufacturing process.
The objective is create several little module that add "cost" feature to be used and calculated and make the correct accunting moves and in this way have a real inventory valued permanent in the same way Sales and Purchase is managing right now.
the principal objctie is modified as less as posible the original features on V5 and be ported to V6.
