Manufacturing functional improvements

1/ When there are several operations in a prod order (=> several WO), we can finish the second one without starting the first one. I think that a message should appear to ask whether the first WO has to be automatically finished or not.
2/ In the case there are several WO (for the same prod order = same MO) and 1 has been finished, while another one is still draft, the "WO to do" list doesn't display the second one (status = draft), but the "Future WO" list does. I think that this difference must not exist. The only difference between both lists must be driven by the scheduled date.
3/ I think that we should be able to split WO depending on the qty actually produced. Today, it's only possible to finish the whole WO or to let it "in progress".
