Letter In/Out System

We need a system which can track all letter (Physical / Email / other ) to be track in system easily and work on them.

There will be a 2 Register for the Document, Inward Register and Outward Register where All Document can be Tracked with Unique ID, this module will be help to find the document, responsible person, and status easily in the system
