Improve the orders in POS

To create a new order in POS you press '+' button and a new order is added with (hh:mm)
Think about a supermarket with various point of sales, or a restaurant with lot of tables.
It would be nice, to have an option when you press '+' it will ask for the table or a concrete pos which could be configurable througth settings menu, it could be a many2one relation to a table with the points.
