Things to improve:
* if the OpenERP field selected for dtend is an integer or a float (instead of a date), write dtstart+duration when generating the ics for dtend. Same for parsing .ics files.
* add a configuration wizard that asks crm.case.section to be synchronized, it creates one calendar ICS per section. The domain uses this section.
