Fix more bad English

1. Change use of "functionalities" to just "function" or "functions" or "functionality" as appropriate. The singular form is the most normal usage, and "function" is better English than "functionality". (Reference: Usage Notes in http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/functionality)

2. Change "Your database is now created" to "Your database has been created." Fix the tense - all past tense.
