As employee come in organization we provide all functions are well managed in OpenERP, but need a employee termination process.
so.. when employee going to terminates or [ "resignation," "quitting," "leaving," or "giving notice."] then manage things like
On which date employee terminated, why he/she going to leave the organization. at least termination date must be require.
on termination of the employee he/she will reallocate resource to company so..that also must be check that resources given to employee is ok and well...
Also with existing system of openerp v6 contract system is their which is not much grate one...
where for each new employee contact is given with start and end date...
so if i higher a 400 people then i have to add 400 contacts and with each contract start date and end date in system,
instead that . their is contract templates need, like 6` month contract , 1` year contract, 2` year contract.
so when i assign 1 year contract to employee its automatically count termination date on joining date of the employee..
and if their is no contract then termination date will blank [ will Enter by hr person ]
In small/medium/big scale company must have record keeping for employee termination , so they can generate MIS ...
why and when employees leaving/terminate the company.... and its reasons.
its good feature must be need for any ERP
