crm improve handling of vcf attachments

more and ore users use vcf attachments which are stored as attachments to every incoming mail which is of limited use obviously
IMHO the vcf should be examined if data of the contact is missing or (partially) matching. if new/altered data detected a request should be generated which adds/alters the contact data
