Visibility and connection to incoming emails

Attachments are correctly imported and attached to the case.

But the connection to the incoming mail is neither documented nor visible
the icon is not the place where the user looks for an attachment of a mail

suggestion - add an icon to mail header which shows the presence of attachments (as in every other mail client) and which allows to open the attachments of every single mail.

IMHO the "Communication History" is difficult to read
* in list view there is no line wrap and it's necessary to scroll to read the text which is perfectly visible in form view, additionally the mail date is visible in form view
so I'd prefer to start with form view.

may be an option to zoom (full page view) into the Communication history would be useful.
