Account period sum

accountants need accurate and up to date turnover and balance of accounts
the current (5.0) always adds up debit/credit from account_move_line which is time consuming and opening balance is only availalbe (at least in some reports) after closing the fiscal year, which is usally only possible 3-6 month after previous fiscal years end

creates period sums AND it is not necessary to close the financial year to see a correct opening balance
it shows
- fiscal year balance
- period balance
- single moves
and has a user friendly navigation - all this in ONE form

IMHO it should be considered to integrate the code of this module and use period sums as basis for periodical accounting reports

another problem with creating opening balance moves is that these end up in a period - hence the sums of this period do not reflect this periods turnover but also include the balance of the previous year.

the "Legal Statements/Generic Reports/Account Balance" need a column "Opening Balance"
for this the concept of period sums would be helpful
It's sort of "legal" requirement to be able to produce a paper which shows the opening balance, the current balances and the cumulative years balance. this allows to compare visually years end balance with opening balance.
