multicompany - chart of accounts enhancement

chart of accounts
currently the top level view on the left side is a flat view and gives no information to which company a chart belongs - except it's wiritten in the text itself
lbecause of egal requirements the name for certain charts for all companies is the same

IMHO a tree view there would be better
* 1 level = company
* 2 level = name of the chart
