Use worklfow on CRM to extend it with Server Action

Actually, the CRM doesn't use workflow.

All cases (claims, helpdesk, opportunity, ...) cannot extend with Server Action.

All Cases states must be redefined to use a workflow and extended the posibility (inherit, ....)
