Make the default reportlab printing use unicode fonts

OpenERP is configured to use the standard PDF Type1 fonts that have only Latin1 characters for ReportLab PDF generation. OpenERP should use TrueType fonts instead that have full unicode support. ReportLab is able to do this just a little configuration is needed as described in the specification wiki page.
