finance tax : add tax type to make domain into invoice

It would be greate if you can add a type field into the tax object => this will containt "sale", "purchase" => into customer invoice the user will see only sale taxes and into supplier invoice, only purchase taxes => this will decrease the error on the entry of the manual taxes on invoices. We should also have the ability to put no type so it will appear in all case.
