Change report options on print / on generation

Add options on report in a way that user can change them dynamically on print / generation. So we don't have to create a new report for each modification.

Also implements:
- Security on report options, only some users (groups) can change options (globally, or options by options).
- Make sure when can have on_change, attrs on options.

This can be see as automatic wizard for report generation.

Usage Example:
   - For default print:
     => Clic on Report
   - For advanced print:
     => *CTRL + Clic on Report* or *MAJ + Clic on Report*

Example options:
  - Print as: selection(PDF, ODT, XLS, RTF, TXT ....)
  - Show company header: bool(YES/NO)
  - Company: many2one(res.company) # This will change header depending on company
  - ...
