Access for Managers to Recruiting-App

Normally HR-Officer can access and edit the recuiting app and their applications. Managers do not have access to this app. It would be great if managers can only access, read and write in their published jobs and the related applications in odoo. So a field is needed where you can fill in the user in ODOO (the manager) who should have access to the job description which is published and is now filling with applications. This would allow a more interactive working between HR department and the managers throughout the whole company.
