Project module improvements

Hereafter is a list of features that we would like to see in the project management module
We are ready to implement them

Task creation

name
project
user (should be a member of the project)
duration
sequence number for ordering the tasks
start date and time (by default computed from the start date of project plus duration plus sequence number if any ; can be changed manually if a task has to be done at a specific time)
When there are several tasks with the same sequence number, the task with the highest duration is used to compute the start date of a sequence with a higher sequence number

View and reports

The Gantt report of a project should display the sequence of tasks and respect the task duration
The gantt view of a projet should display the same data
There should be a Gantt view for a project showing the availability of the members of the project (that would help the planification : drag and drop to move a task or assign a task to one user)
A task with a sequence number cannot me moved without taking in account the sequence number of other tasks or the fixed date of a task
When a task is moved in the Gantt view the linked tasks should move accordingly
