IMHO the Print "Labels" Option should be renamed to
"Labels A4, 105 x 74 mm"
to allow users to find the correct paper without trial and error
think of US users having legal and letter format

If you want any type of labels, in addons-extra you will find the label module that allows define and print any kind of partner/contact labels.
