Have mailgate put a history action in a CRM case when it does an update.

I think mailgate - when eating emails and having them create/append notes to the Communication History in the CRM module, should also add an action in the History tab of the CRM module.

Something like - mailgate/create and mailgate/historize

At the moment it does not do this.
